The Federal Contracting Institute (FCI) operating under Tiffany West Associates, LLC, are committed to providing high-quality consultation and coaching services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the following policy for returns and cancellations.
Consultation Services:

Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the session.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled consultation without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the consultation, please contact us within 7 days to discuss possible resolutions, including rescheduling or a partial refund.
Coaching Services:

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Program Commitment: For coaching programs, clients can cancel their enrollment within the first two weeks for a partial refund, excluding any sessions already attended.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the coaching services, please contact us to discuss potential solutions or adjustments to better meet your needs.
