Reginald Gant has over 20 years of federal government experience and 18 years in Human Resources, where he has trained more than 50,000 employees. His HR expertise includes Work Life and Wellness, Benefits, Staffing, and Recruitment.

For the past 12 years, Reginald has been an entrepreneur, focusing on helping small businesses and entrepreneurs protect their interests—personal, family, and business. He provides resources for legal advice and consultation to support business growth.

He is a 5-time author, trainer, speaker, and the Founder of Serve4Men, an organization dedicated to personal and professional development for men through coaching and programs.

Travis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Long Island University (LIU), where he also demonstrated leadership as a key member of the Division One Lacrosse team. His passion for finance was ignited during an internship at Cornerstone Insurance Services, which led him to start his career at Neefus-Stype, a property and casualty insurance firm. Now at FHFG, Travis continues to expand his expertise, focusing on holistic financial planning to empower his clients to achieve financial freedom.

​Outside of work, Travis is a committed sports enthusiast, participating in a men’s lacrosse league and enjoying activities like working out, reading, and cooking. Born and raised in Riverhead, NY, he remains deeply connected to his community, integrating his personal interests with his professional ambitions.
