Meet Tiffany West-Harvey

Tiffany West-Harvey, a native of Fort Pierce, Florida, is the founder of Tiffany West Associates. She is a dedicated mother to her son, Jeremiah, and currently serves in the U.S. Navy Reserves as a Commissioned Officer. Tiffany graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business and a minor in Economics in 2003, and she earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Strayer University in 2009.

With 20 years of experience in government contracts, Tiffany is a trained expert in establishing agency-wide acquisition policies and developing and implementing various congressional, federal, and departmental initiatives. Her work has significantly enhanced capabilities and promoted professional development within the Navy and multiple government agencies.

In addition to her professional expertise, Tiffany Harvey is a renowned keynote speaker and bestselling author. Her captivating message has earned her invitations to speak and make guest appearances on major global platforms. She has delivered thought-provoking live and virtual keynote speeches for large audiences, including the All Black National Convention, Associated Black Charities' Equity in Action Conference, The Making Of An Entrepreneur DocuSeries - Season 4, and an exclusive invitation to speak at the Michigan State University at Shawn's Fair Leadership Experience Tour, which aired live to millions of viewers on the Onstage Plus network, to name a few. Tiffany will be hosting her first Small Biz Success Summit in February 2025.
